Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded.

Exceptions

We will gladly issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

• You were charged but did not receive your download link
• The file you received was corrupted or unreadable
• You were charged twice for the same order
• A technical error on our end prevented successful delivery

How to Request a Refund
